I am interested to see if there is anyone here who would be interested in an already built Lake Lefroy Mini.
I built this some time ago to the original plans detailed by Paul, with a few minor modifications just to tidy up the fabrication details.
The chassis, axles and steering are all as per the standard design.
The seat is composite, foam cored fibreglass.
It has been in storage in my garage for the last few years as I just never have time to finish the last few things to complete it.
It has a cut down sail and a carbon mast, the mast is cracked near the base but with the alum tube inside it holds up ok, a few layers of carbon and some epoxy would sort it, it has an alum boom and a clip on storage cover.
The only things need to get it finished would be some running rigging and a bit of time.
It has always been stored in the garage since it was built, the photos of it on the grass were taken just before Christmas.
I am selling it to make a bit of space in the garage as home renovations are steadily consuming my storage space and time.
If someone is looking for an almost complete Mini to get into the sport this would be a good staring point and give you a good head start to get into it.
I am selling it for the material costs at $450.00 (negotiable).
I am not desperate to sell but would be happy to see it go to someone who will get some use out of it.
I have not listed it for sale anywhere else at this stage as I hope someone on this forum would appreciate a chance to get into this
I am on the North West side of Brisbane but work near Ipswich so can help with transport if needed.
I also have a larger Alum framed Landyacht that I am looking at selling, I will post some details and pics in another thread as it certainly isn't a Mini.
