Here is some footage of "termites breakfast" sailing in 20kn + with a 4.5m sail experiencing mast post failure.

It must have been windy because Bryan is sailing with a 1.8m on his blokart.

Sorry about the quality. (not go-pro quality)

Looks like another warranty job.

I'd certainly say warranty. Nice work Brian. It was your Dad Ben?

Yeah dad gave me the footage and borrowed my welder to make some repairs.

He has repaired "termites breakfast" but the new mast post looks like it's from Mad Max.

I told him if he wants to we can make him a brand new LLM yacht and stiff masted uncut windsurfer rig called "Chook Chaser" hopefully a bit more refined and competitive yacht. and no telstra rope

Dear LLM builder ,
thank you for your claim letter dated 29 minutes ago.
your detailed photographs have been very helpful in assessing your claim.
LLM plans clearly show a strip of 25x3 flat bar in a significant U shape running under the spine and up the sides of the mast post.
one should also note the lack of actual steel in the "pipe" that the claimant is calling the spine of the yacht. subsequently I must deny your warranty claim . and suggest that next time when you burn through the pipe and patch it with a piece more "pipe" you should take it as a hint
yours sincerely Landyacht

Hmmm Looks kinda thin and motheaten

When you guys say you sail on clay you really mean it Never find a surface like that here
Do you lose things down those cracks?
[ I am sure I put that split pin down here somewhere]
