Fast approaching is the Sandgropers Easter Regatta, The event will be held Easter Sunday and Monday, pilots meeting 11am sharp and racing will commence shortly after.

Commodore sandgropers land yacht club.
The 2017 Easter Regatta has been run and won. The weather conditions on both days proved to be trying to say the least. The wind wasn't our friend early on both days deciding not to show up until the seabreeze prevailed around 3:00pm both days. This made for an interesting regatta and varied results. Some pilots managed the conditions exceptionally well while other seem to struggle. One can only say this is the joys of sailing. Congratulations goes out to all the minor and major place getters:

Sandgropers Land Sailing Club.
It's on again! Come one come all to the 2018 Easter Regatta on 31March and 1 April 2018.
Class 5, mini and Club88 divisions are being catered for with Blokarts welcome to sail in the mini fleet.
Pilots meeting to be held at 11am both days with sailing to commence as soon as practical thereafter.
Just to be different this year we have scratch on Saturday and handicap on Sunday to mix up the fun.
It's going to be a great regatta so come along and join the crew for another enjoyable weekend.
Looking forward to catching up again , hope nothing breaks this time, Is the marathon first off on Saturday.
