Catalina Capri 25 $750. Designed in the US with mhd rig - Ben Lexcen drew the fractional rig for the local ones. Too much bustle for a 25 footer and not sure why the transom would be modified like that, but for $750..............

Thought this was a relevant to the thread. Great story of a cheap boats revival and how far it can take a person.

Nice little video, but cheap sea cocks by the looks of it (7:19), a bit of a worry.

All I saw was a pretty girl and some absolutely stunning timber work! That cockpit is a work of art.

I think that might be a Swanson 31 Carmen. Bit hard to tell from the pics but I did grow up on one and it certainly looks familiar.

Yes looks like a Swanson Carmen 31 but why would the seller list it as a 26 footer? So would more likely be a 27 as per Ramona?

She's a 27, we owned one for 35 years, windows, bilge and stern are very familiar to me.

Cripes 2 Tophats listed by the same bloke. Love that "first to see will buy" terminology............thought that went out with Trading Post in the 80s.........anyway both look like good deals..............subject to inspection...............

Yeah, both look pretty good for the price, cheap way to get on the water in a decent boat, if basics like sails and the like are half decent
