Hi,
I had a beautiful Falconer 6 Regatta. Which I gave away for a song. The boats were built on the Gold Coast. Photos of my boat called "Jolly" attached. It was a very strong built boat. Built out of fibreglass. HUGE head turner and all considering was not a bad boat to sail. Very safe.

Cat rigged daysailer. No idea why they never took off in Australia. Plenty in the USA. Saw this cat rigged cruiser in Newport RI recently.

Truth is with day sailors it can get quite hot sailing them in summer. Very few have protection from the sun and heat. Great in the milder months but in Queensland you fry in the summer months. I don't think that last post qualifies as a day sailor. It looks like it has a cabin.

Wear a hat and mask. The problem I find as I get older is windburn. Here is a shameless selfie!

Yeah I hear ya!
But not everybody wants to dress up like an "Aussie Arab"!
Especially the kids.

Exactly what I'd like to get.
No shade on my E26 either. So no difference there.
They look more of a family / friends type of sail boat.
Comfortable, plenty of room. More sociable.
