5 amp draw? Might as well just use the normal boat fridge!

That is basically a CPU cooler out of a PC mother board or a larger version of the old 12volt 6 pack car fridge
If you swap the + and - wires around it will heat instead of cool
I was thinking about this before If I did it again Id use the two hinges but have a single rod attached to the TV so I could rotate the TV 180 degrees so i could lay i a V birth and also use the same TV

Fridge add on
so you could cook a slow roast or soup and when it cools swap the wires over and refrigerated it or eat some and then refrigerated it

Personally Id rather have the fan inside the fridge making it fan force oven or fridge

Great minds think alike! We tried to develop that exact thing. A bolt on to make an Esky into a fridge. We did get the temperature in the Esky down to 4 Degrees but it takes 12V 25A with Peltier devices to do it. Too much. So we abandoned it. But if it was water cooled as well as Peltier it would be practical but the research budget didnt get us that far (the bottom picture) :-)
