One would think you would have some surplus cash after such a prestigious international cricketing career Brian Lara ??
But you said For cash I could pick it up on Sunday where are the keys
Plus you said you would throw that bridge into the deal in Sydney the one with the Hump

Lived many years in India. And all Indian boys get a cricket bat for their first birthday. Back in the days of film....it't celluloid, similar to plastic, days of film cameras. And EVERY single time I put a film in for processing they would ask in perfect english..."And what is your good name Sir?"
As soon as I said "brian"......they'd beam out "Ohhhhh, Brian Lara". So in India I'm known as brian lara. I'm the closest they get to the real thing.
It's a bloody dirty disgusting stinking place but I love it to death and the people are superb.....if you can look past the socio-economic disparity and the attitudes of the "haves" toward the "have not's".
Wander66 and HG02 are sincerely sorry for the thread drift....probably.
Yep. Cricket and its glory are often the only thing to distract from hunger pangs. Very often a 2 foot long bendy stick and a rock. No wonder they are always up the there with the best.
