Great racing at the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club in Perth.

The finals were held last Saturday - good close racing and very well organised.

Congratulations to the organisers, sponsors, crews and the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club for a terrific event.

I spent 3 days on that blue boat in the back ground laying marks for the event. Top fun, enourmous media & drone presence upstairs at Freshie sending it out to the world.
Freshie organisation was world class - But I am a bit biased in this area :-)

There was a lot of mark shifting at the bottom end of the course on the final day as the wind swung around.

There was obviously a lot of people working behind the scenes to make the racing a success - hats off to them.

I saw the cats match racing in Sydney a few years ago - IMO the Perth one was much better organised and the bigger course area in Perth made for much better racing.
