He's bringing me a peaceful boxing day with no-one to interrupt my viewing of the start to the Sydney to Hobart and the Boxing day test match, Priceless

Looks like the fat man brought you the same sort of pressie as he did for me Freeradical!

Now what I'd really like is time to be allowed out to put them onboard!

A pair of sailing gloves

I keep buying the Gill ones because they seem to be the most comfortable but I only get about a season out of them before they are falling apart

Regards Don

According to the forecast I'm getting a 150 mile solo upwind bash.

My wife pointed out that I got my Christmas present sails in spring.

A 4 day leave pass with no kids or responsibilities, wahoo!
Forecast looks perfect. Plan is to get out of the bay, point E, set the kite, sit back and disappear.
Turn around at the end of day 2...ish.
Best present ever!
Merry Xmas guys.

Welcome back Jode, I thought the allure of NQ must have been too strong and you'd emigrated!

Thought about staying up north, but had to come home to the land of the living. We are off again tomorrow to Sydney for the Sydney to Hobart, but doing it the easy way on the Coral Discoverer.

This year I donated a few hundred of pet food to a refuge and sponsored a koala through WWF. Sometimes it feels better to give then receive, makes you feel good, and besides I have more than a boat load full of clutter and don't really need anything more :). Happy holidays to all xx
