Hi all
Normally in Port Huon we see snow on the higher peaks in the distance during winter but today it was falling to sea level and staying as snow a couple of hundred meters above sea level
Nice to look at but a bit on the chilly side
Regards Don
Brrrrrrr. You can talk. It was only 19 degrees here in Bundaberg today.
We had a high of a balmy 5.6 degrees today and the grader at work spent the day running backwards and forwards over the same 2 or 3 kilometer highest (about 370 meters) section of highway between Hobart and the Huon keeping the road open
Regards Don
I wear steel capped boots and Donk wears snow capped boots
It was still cold down here though
Hi HG
Mine are steel capped and snow capped

That's not snow... This is what we left behind in Canada, a typical winter's day.
Don't miss it one little bit

Hi Parkster
That looks like a nice part of Tassie
What is the Tamar like sailing wise ?

Eldest son is working on the three capes track. They had to walk out today as you can't do stonework under a foot of snow.and the ice makes working on steep grades dangerous.
Sounds like a pretty impressive project. Good for Tasmania.
