Im fitting this unit as a sea strainer for my engine cooling and was also thinking about adding a Y branch to use the other outlet for a Johnson wash down pump I have
The Seacock has a 1 inch barb which will go to the one Inch inlet at the sea strainer The Bukh DV 20 I think is around 1/2 inch hose tail at the engine water cooling pump
The Johnson wash down pump is Johnson Pump 5.2 Aqua Jet Wash Down 12v Johnson Pump 20 L/Min 1/2 inch hose tails
Just wondered if any one might think if the wash down pump was running would it starve the engine cooling pump if the the Bukh dv 20 motor was running

I would not interfere with the engine-seacock and the cooling system of the motor. It is way too important.
Have you got a dunny seacock? Starve the Jabsco from flushing the loo could only cause bad smell nothing else...
