There's been a bit of hype around social media so the cat's out of the bag...New GoFoil wings coming soon...The NEW GL range will be available in a 180, 210, & 240 & according to the GoFoil team riders they are the "bomb"...It's a new flatter wing that is faster but still maneuverable & many of the 3 sizes were ridden by the team at the recent contest in Waikiki...And yes they are the same easy "Plug & Play" system used by GoFoil & so they can be retro-fitted to exisiting masts.... More to come soon...PS Derek Hamasaki has been ripping harder than ever!

Unifoil is even more similar. Axis 900? is similar. It's just the way wings are going now.

How do you know they just copied? Big call i would say.

I have see the Signature wings and seen a proto gofoil wing and yes they are both high aspect but no way i could say gofoil just copied it.

We have made some high aspect wings as well and didn't copy anyone but a high aspect wing is a high aspect wing so i am guessing they all may look similar in some ways but this does not mean we all just copied someone! You do know high aspect wings have been out for quite a long time in other sports and just because Signature might have been one of the first to use them on a SUP does not mean they invented it hey! Well done to them for having them as one of the first and i am sure there are others out there who have also already got high aspect wings as i know of one other straight away who may have had them before Signature.

I would argue that all foil tech & the computer modeling that goes into it comes directly from sailing- specifically the moth dinghy which had this shape 20 years ago..

1. Gofoil had a higher aspect wing 2 years ago and no one could ride it, the original Maliko, it was flatter and higher aspect than our common wings.

Yes I was thinking about this. Where are they all now? hidden in attics and lofts around the globe? Has anyone actually tried one again recently... maybe they rip

Yes I had a Maliki and couldn't handle it at that stage of my learning curve and sold it. And yes now I wish I kept it as a downwind foil. It was quick to get up and really fast.
