I have a Smik that looks similar to this and I can ride 1 handed using the 3rd handle so this wing would be the same, just have to find the sweet spot. It looks really good.

I've found a semi sweet spot with my F-one. Love riding one handed. I purchased a looped handle to sit between the two handles. Love winging with one arm.
Really opens open the stance to pump....and is good to have a rest.
Only had my V3 5m out once in pretty marginal conditions but mighty impressed. Handles seem to work great, very light, sits luffed very easily. Massive improvement on my V1 4m Wing Ride.
