1supper,I have not ridden the anako ,but I demoed the Noosa longboard sup from f one, there was a dealer on the Goldy for a while, very nice looking and well constructed boards ,However! For me and others it was all about the heavy chine under the rail ,quite unstable ! And the constant stress about the pressure bung in the handle, was it in place or not!,,,it was a no from me

I did not know about this handle, so I went to see what it was, here are the details on www.f-one.world/product/noosa/

I would be interesting to know why they felt the need to design this instead of just using a goretex vent.

Used to have one..very good board. They were the first brand to my knowledge to introduce the bevel rail.It was great on a flat sea but a nightmare on choppy sea.

@ colas. The handle was that you could not by mistake go into the water with open vent and carry your alen key with you since it was included into the handle. Was it worth it? Thats another question.

Talk about inventing something which isn't needed!

I had one, didn't like the bevelled rails. Seemed to make the board unnecessarily unstable and I always seemed to have problems engaging the rails on bottom turns. It's was probably down to my ability at the time, but it was a 130ltr board and I'm now riding 110ltr. It's a shame as it's put me off bevelled rails, which are now used on the infinity wide speed and SB spice. I have a Sunova Flow and Blurr V2 which both have sharp stepped rails that work better for me.

The handle / vent seemed to work ok, although the fin key corrodes so best to leave it off IMO
