JP (Neil Pryde Group) is probably the biggest supplier of shafts to the world, they make shafts for a lot of the bigger companies in the market today.
I think you will find that they will pass any test.
AS mentioned this is a video on the standard, middle range paddle. JP also make a full top end paddle ( which costs $150 more) is 100 grams lighter (450 grams total) and paddles like a dream.
