Is that the 2019 Allround with the sunken deck and drain holes?

A few pics from the other day of the new Sunova Torpedo. The first one off the racks was called the JC Redbull.
The main idea behind this board was to design a 14' board to truly do it all. A board you'd train on then crack some waves and actually turn!
So far I've tested her in a pretty broad range of conditions and she's ticked every box, from light wind downwind through to double over head Makaha and I've come in smiling each sesh.
Most fun and versatile 14 footer I've paddle yet!

What does the JC Redbull stand for? Was that the first name they called that model before someone at Sunova identified that that would be trade mark infringement and to quickly change the name to something else? Or did it mean something else (someone's name, etc.)? I see Sunova used to have Au trade marks applications so Bert and the others would have some understanding of the potential issues.

It was a developement name for James Casey's board of choice for the RedBull Heavy Water event in San Fran. Perfect board for that race.

Nice looking board. Is there any concave in the bottom. It looks pretty flat.

Thanks. Designing my own board. 14ft x 25 , allround. Cant decide if I should put a concave or not. Thinking slight concave to V'd tail.
Love the look of the Torpedo.
