General question about this style of board with the stub nose. Is it difficult to push the board back out thru the white water when paddling back out to the line up. I noticed on one off Casso vids at the beginning he was push back.

i'd say yes and no.

The speeed gets pushed up quickly by the whitewater and you have to be ready for it as it has such a big nose rocker. It can come back and hit you in the face if you are not careful.

The style not so much as it has a flat rocker so tends to push through the whitewater.

On the Speeed, it's very easy to go over whitewater that I feel like climbing.
I just simply apply a little pressure on the back foot and the scoop nose rides up and over very easily.

The Style's nose does not have as much kick, but it's thin, so it goes through smaller waves easy enough, but I haven't had it in anything challenging yet.
I imagine, it will be more difficult to pop over, and the width may make it harder to push through.

It does pop up more than a pointier board or a board with less rocker (I have boards with more rocker), but as STC says, you learn how to get it through. But in this little snippet I was not concentrating and almost broke my ribs - could hardly breathe afterwards. Although it has popped-up like that a few times, I wouldn't use it as a selection criteria for the board.

For me I move one feet forwould to stop the nose from kicking up.Some times I am able to get back and some times I fall in both cases I get over the white wash. If its small I just paddle through . If its real big then I dive through .

Yes, and this is why people should never, ever, go over whitewater while knee-paddling...
