Personally l don't care. I have new 14ft x 22" flatwater board so the less wind the better lol. Nothing like a 18km flatwater grind out. Should be fun warm up for Hood River. A sick dw would be great but how often do we really get those conditions for a race other then Dr and KOTC. Just harden up and Race it. My thoughts anyways
How good was SUP surfing today at the spit, great conditions that held all day. Small, fun contestable waves and we could just SUP surf and watch the other heats with amazing SUP surfers smashing it. Great job SQ to run the event and make it worth the 5 hour travel to get there, I will be back next year. The 10 foot division was great to watch and participate in, make it a Queensland title event in 2017.
So how was the QLD Titles, I missed it this year due to work commitments (filthy) haven't seen or heard to much about how it went down?

Tech race was it a solid conditions?
Marathon I see it was a flat ocean, anyone enjoy a 18km flat slog?
Boothy won both racers? who was 2nd and third?
small elite field due to so many being in hawaii?
women field did it grow in numbers from last year? who won tech for women?
where and when is next years Titles? any chance of holding it in early January when majority of people are on holidays and the elite paddlers are all in Australia with no overseas commitments?
I would love to see the racing head to the sunny or Fraser coast areas for a year.
