Decent prices and good products. Even better is to get them to make you a custom bag that actually fits your board. Nothing worse than a sloppy fitting board bag.

With all the padding the bags are not that expensive, you can get socks custom made but it's less than 10% of the cost of my 14ft boards, worth protecting your investments with a good bag.

Lot of good work and material goes into a well made bag.

A good bag will make your travel life easier.
I just travelled to Portugal with 2 SUPs, really heavy carry on and a big checked bag.
Lots of distance to cover carrying them all.

I simply put the 9'0 on top of the 9'4.... grabbed the nose handle of the bottom board and dragged them both from the street through the airport.... even down stairs.

No problem. The bottom on the tail, has a big thick high tech material, that slid easily over everything.
Neither the bags or boards, showed even a scratch.

Good bags are worth the price, IMO

I can see the cost involved. Got me buggered why they put metal zips in. Just had one replaced with a plastic marine zip.
Cover will now last forever.

1. IT HAS TO PROTECT YOUR BOARD and not just give you warm fuzzy feelings
2. it has to last as long as the board e.g. 5 years minimum and hopefully 10years+
3. The zip have to to work for 5 years minimum. Plastic Chunky quality zip only
4. It must be able to take prolonged UV exposure in Australia and the roof of a car e,g, anything with a tarp type material on the outside you can forget.
5. Thicker foam the better. Min 8mm
6. FIT FIT FIT FIT FIT.

Those in the know get the good one.

Thanks Rick. Thought that may be the one.
