Round 1 Surf Comp Sunday

Where: Wanda Beach, Cronulla
When: Sunday February 26th
Time: Meet 6.30am

The Club will be renewing and taking new memberships on the day. Friends and family are more than welcome to join us on what should be a great start to the year. There will also be a BBQ and refreshments on hand as usual. 2012 sees the introduction of a BOP style race at the conclusion of the surf contest. This will be open to those with a board up to 12'6 in length. Will make for an interesting conclusion to the day !

yup.......some of us are competing in both, well if you can call my surfing competing, I'm still lucky to paddle out and stand up in anything other than glass.......

That'd be fun but unfortunately the CSSUPC doesn't allow guest entries.

Looks like the forecast is predicting a few fun waves around for Sunday morning on the southern beaches. Hopefully it will stay that way and we get a bit of sun too.

Hey Nathan, not sure what time it will finish at this stage, as this season we will have a BOP style race at the end of the surfing, which we didnt have last season.

If you have any time restraints, contact Peter, I'm sure you can go in one of the earlier heats.
