Add Will Lee from WA. Could be two more age groupers from Perth
Heard a whisper that Pete Dorries and daughter might go? Karla Gilbert?

I'm totally gutted I can't make it due to a conflicting event, as this will be Australian SUP history. Well done to those that have entered the first ever National Flatwater Sprint.

Great work by Phil Pretty from South Aus, to co-ordinate entries, accomodation options and board hire....... The hospitality over there is going to be 2nd to none. When you meet him give him a smile, high five or just shake his hand and say thanks mate!!

My tip is a smokey Greg, you know who I'm talking about. Is he using a flatwater board for this instead of his ace?

Dunno Jonesy, we were there when they were setting it up. I think the canoe racing starts tomorrow so I am not sure. We're pretty slow down here so I would think its going to change the results at all. Worse case you will work it out in the heats. Think I only had about 3 goes at it and then we wandered off to do some paddling down the other end of the lake. Big tip, don't hit it fast because it stops your board dead so it be easy to go ass up and fall in. Doesn't seem to move the board at all when it drops. It just disappears in front of you.
