im not normally one for that type of bottom on my boards and generally use my design but on the 17.4 version I now have its amazing.

I have just got a second hand 14' custom DC Pro race board 2013 model and it has a rolled bottom. I put a straight edge on it and the bottom is entirely rolled with very little flat and just some V in the tail. Seems like DC likes some rolled bottom action too? (It reminds me of an old school Div 2 windsurfing board bottom shape.)
What is the design idea behind a rolled bottom shape? Any other brands with this bottom shape?
