Hey Guys,
My names Georgia, and Im 17 years of age. I'm currently studying HSC Industrial Technology, for this we have to make a major project that we start in the start of December and produce the final product in July next year. I have decided to make a Stand Up Paddleboard but I have found it quite difficult to find information about what type of timber I have to use and rough plans that I can go off. So I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help with the materials that I can use and plans that I could go off and information about how to build it :)
Thank you :)
Georgia there was a thread on here about 12 months ago of one of the 'breezers from Darwin (I think) who made a timer one.
Does anyone out there have the thread handy?

These guys are making wooden sup boards as school projects, reckon they would be happy to share their experiences with you.

This is a forum on US site called Standupzone.com called The Shape Shack.
Also sorts of useful information about building/repairing SUPs

Have fun.
Used to make my own short boards as a teenager - very satisfying.
Thanks Guys appreciate it, but does anyone have anymore information about how I make one because Im still finding it difficult to understand how and find more information on them :)
