Hey DJ, board is 12'x34" and 300lts. Massive ! Not sure of pressure as the pump didn't come with a gauge. Max recommended is 22psi. Not sure how close I was to that. Fin is just what came with the board... No centre board or centre fin.

Did it feel like every time you tried to point upwind the fin felt like letting go ?

Upwind was tough. Especially in the bigger gust cause it just slid sideways. Had to bare off onto a broader reach which is when it really picked up speed. Was able to do ins and outs though and still return to my starting position on the beach.. Going the shore break was tough too if I didn't have enough speed.

As a ex-windsurfer in the 80's and 90's, it actually looks like some fun..certainly not performance sailboarding, but fun in its own way for what it is. Maybe we could call it a new form of downwinding...
thanks for posting, too.

Yeah me too. Third time out this week but haven't been sailing before this week for at least 15 years. Was right into it in the 90's. It all came back quickly though. Heaps of fun
