Looks interesting Jonesy, though I am only into SUP surfing at this stage. Good on you for doing it. Just curious - and sorry if it's a dumb line of questioning, as I am sure you have thought all this through - but was any thought given to an earlier start to try and beat the wind? Or has that been factored in as part of the challenge? Hope you get a lot of interest. Cheers Dave
Hey Jonesy, looks good! A few of us Vicco's are going to try and come up before the Nationals, looks like it will be a lot of fun.
We have negotiated discount 2 day accom packages at the Ramada resort for all contestants.
The Surf Air / Ramada management are fully committed to this event with the view to making it a permanent fixture on the competitive and social calendar.

Hey Wavelength you are correct, the winds up on the Sunny Coast in Novmber are most likely to pick up as the day goes.
Ideally we would love the Race to start at 6am but a 10am start gives people time to travel up from Bris and the Goldie and it will also give me time to set the comp up
Cheers Jonesy
