How good is this race looking, we have a amazing line up of top riders in both male and female plus a Dw course that it sounds like anyone can do and have amazing fun doing it!! I hope everyone gets behind this event and help it to become one of the great Aussie races that goes on for many years to come.
See you all at the race!!
All looking good for Saturday.
Just had confirmation that the King of the Cut will be the first SUPAA endorsed event in the world - not just Australia. This will be the first time an event is run to the SUPAA rule book, with SUPAA officials. International measurement (length only), division break down and event logistics all comply (we were pretty close to these in the first place).
SUPracer has also confirmed they will do a live stream of the event with our 3 online commentators giving updates live. Hoping we can provide a consistent stream as we only have 2 media boats - but we will do our best!

Is that what it's for. I must be bloody quick then
We took a crew down to do the first half of the run the other day including Trav, Beau, Dale, Matt Nottage, the man the myth Ryan Keck, Terrene, Karla, Belar, Marcus, Ben, Marie and Paul from the UK and although not epic by WA standards the boys and girls had an absolute blast. Trav even said that it wasjust as good as any run in Hawaii.
Looking like a run going tomorrow to do the second half.
You reckon your excited PJ, I'm that excited I entered twice, to be sure, to be sure.
Aint no way I'm going to miss it.
(true story )
Forecast is looking good.
Training is coming along well. . . for the post race celebrations. Haven't paddled in almost three weeks. Actually think my board has cobwebs on it. Not even sure it still floats. What's the drug policy? Painkillers and red bull are fine, right? Pretty sure that's what Jacko & Ange do. Something tells me i'm going to be hurting on Sunday
You can't be hurting too much Drew, you need to bad it up for the Dual on the Sunday.
Nah, Sunday is kitesurfing with Airton day
