Excellent video.

And yes its rivalling surfing.

I think people who will have problems with the traditional surf pop up or riders who just want to catch any size waves like small waves will also take up SUP.

What a surfer! Just old fashioned ripping that any kind of surfer would want to do. Or dream of doing.

Ripping. I noticed his boards have a stringer and carbon center deck strip. I wonder if it is a wood stringer or divinicell? Also V bottom with tucked under hardish edges. I wonder what sort of blank/ construction? Certainly look like they work for him. Anyone know if other Pros are riding boards with stringers?
Rawson a guru. I would like to see Mo on a Focus production board of same dimensions and see if it goes the same.

Why wonder? It's not the board, it is his ability to carve in the most critical parts of the wave which is the amazing part of that vid.
Mo could do it on a production board like Kealii on a JL Stungun www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Stand-Up-Paddle/SUP/Anyone-seen-a-better-sup-barrel-than-this/

Yeah Hilly, amazing talent and sure he will rip on everything like all the top guys and girls. I do continue to wonder because I am interested in every aspect of board design, finding one that goes better and gets the rider drawing different lines. Do you think he could draw those same tight lines on a concave bottom?
