A mate of mine was sitting on his wave ski and one came up and gave him a nudge as well. I think it was the board that was nudged.
I wonder what the proper protocol is. Do you give it a good whack on the beak? And hopefully it gets scared and goes away, or the opposite. cheers
Definetly smack it on the nose , let it know straight away you are no good to eat. The next touch might be a trail bite on your leg. It's a different story under water when you are diving but on the surface you can't trust them.
yep smack it on the nose. I remember hearing or reading somewhere that sharks have a lot of their senses in their nose, so a whack there tend to get them to leave pretty quick. Can't say I have, or even want to put that one to the test though.
