SUPWA is delighted to announce the formation of a new training Pod.

The Freshy HIT (High Intensity Training) Pod will paddle flatwater, down-wind and BOP styles based on the prevailing conditions.
Other session/class times are available for beginners (please ask the Pod contact).
Session times will be Monday and Thursday at 5.30pm and potentially Sunday at 3.00pm - depending on demand.

The Pod will paddle out of the following locations:
1. The south-west corner of Freshwater Bay, Peppermint Grove - flat water training.
Parking is available on The Esplanade (between Leake & Keane Sts) Peppermint Grove.

2. Port Beach, North Fremantle - downwind, BOP training.
Note: For downwind training - minimum safety requirement of PFD type 1,2, or 3 + leg rope.

The location + training style for the days session will be updated on the SUPWA Facebook page on the day.
The Pod contact is Derek Jones - 0417178966; derek@perigeecapital.com.au
Please contact Derek if you have any questions about the new Pod.

Super stoked guys.
Plan is to DW as much as possible, intermingled with some hard ocean BOP sessions and flat water HIT punishment as well.
Picking up the trailer rack tomorrow (8 - 10 boards) + Ian Grose has kindly offered his trailer on loan if he can't make it along with it.
Should be able to get an efficient logistics system together out of that lot...
Hoot mate!!
