Two of Aussie's top paddlers have just finished competing in Puerto Rico.

After two days of competition Angie Van Hoof and Paul Jackson (Fanatic Team riders) have finished 2nd & 4th respectively.

Jacko finished 6th on Day 1 in extreme heat after injuring his neck the day before but recovered on day 2 in a series of 4 sprint races (even beating Danny Ching) to recover to 4th over all.

Angie recovered from the heat on the distance paddle on Day 1 to finish the sprint day 2nd overall. A 1st and a 2nd in the sprints helped her overall tally.
Winners overall were Danny and Candice Appelby.

This was a really fun event and from the sounds of it it is going to get a LLOOTT bigger next year!! Super fun place to hang out as well there are good waves all over the place(bummed i had no wave board) the water is HOT and the weather is about as humid as can be!
There should be a heap of Vids and Pics on facebook as it was really well covered from what i seen, I'll try and find a good site and link it to here!

Oh well sitting in the airport now with a flight delay so should be back in Aus in around 30 or so hours!!

Here are the full race results. Jacko was the only one
to beat Danny in any of the races, with Angie the only
