Is this what happens when a surfer joins a council and writes bylaws, lol or his he just being the fun police??? Foils will be next on a newer version of the sign no doubt!

Why the sign? Isn't that what red & yellow flags are for. Oh yeah. Probably cost cutting so they don't have to pay lifeguards anymore.

Amazing - even if you are NOT guilty - you get fined R1000 or go to jail for 3 months.
