A few happy snaps from my recent trip to the Telo Islands, great waves for 3 days
and skunked the rest, amazing when you look back on it and think it was pumping
but the good days I guess will always remain, makes you realize why travelling is so good, the drop in was a payback for a previous by one of our travel mates,
we were allowed one each! LoL, also a snapped leggy and dry reef run plus the obligitory caught inside by a wide one

Yeah gumballs I was trying to hide my displeasure, the reef took a couple of chunks out of my feet in only the second day of the trip, dave at Telo lodge gave me some fresh lime to squeeze on them, stung like Fark but kills the coral bacteria and did the trick, the place is an awesome setup we were just a bit unlucky with the weather patterns, sun didnt shine the whole trip with wierd winds but still got enough surf to be sore,

Re: 2nd photo. Plan B when the waves are crap eh ?
Nice shot of the boys. Is there a 'Robbo' in there ? Every crew has a Robbo.

Three days of great waves out of how many days in total? The photos are sick. What PSH were you riding? Looked like some great surf, great fishing, and great mates trip. Bewdiful.

MS we had eleven days on the island, we did surf everyday but one but a lot of those were average, the PSH is a 8'6 Wide Ripper but I reckon I could of gone the 8'0, board was pristeen leading up to the trip, battered a bit after it, Dave Simons ex-pro longboarder who runs the Lodge reckons there more bouyancy in the water because of the high salt content which was interesting because the board felt to me like it was a bit corkier than when I rode it on the coast but who knows?
and yes scotty 88,we had a Robbo on the team, LoL
