Brisbane Bay downwinders have been epic lately. Today was another good one and we had a pretty big crew. Jacko, steveo, myself, sean, kelly m, ben tardrew, lacey, andy, alain, shields. Since it was snowing in qld today I think we were the only crazies out on the bay today.

So where do you go from and where do you finish. Looks like Cleveland to somewhere east. Which island?

Thanks.

Here is a little bit of footage, it's just raw with no editing down and the camera rig was a bit lose so it's not the steadiest. This run was super fun and when this part of the vid was shot we were doing about 4min even km's.

Straddie ferry run. Put in at boat ramp
Next to the barges and paddle straight across to dunwhich to the boat ramp were the barges land. Roughly 14-16km depending on the line you take. Some shallow banks even in high tide that stand up tall.

Very lucky in moreton bay
West. North. South. East and everything in between there is a decent start and finish point for a down wind run.
