Compilation of March sessions on the Sittaung river in Myanmar. Follow up of last year's video.

Ballsy stuff Myanmar... lots of ways that could go bad and you are very isolated on this adventure!

Nicely done!

I love it! Solo adventures are so very cool,
Those folks seem super nice and stoked by what you are doing... win/win all around

Thanks for the video, nice to something different. How often do you do the trip?

That's amazing - what an adventure! Gutsy!

It looks like the farmers are losing their land to the river...

Thanks Rick, I always enjoy it a lot out there, but each time I keep thinking how to reduce the risks to the minimum.
I agree solo adventure is very cool and local people are very nice. They see me a few times almost every month, so I got to know a number of them, in the village, some fishermen on their boats and some farmers along the river. I am sometimes surprised to see some of them now standing on the river banks at tidal bore time to watch me riding . It's a lot of fun

Thank you mate. I like ocean surfing too, but the taste of adventure on this river is so special! I go there 2-3 days almost every month from oct-nov to may. Unfortunately I'll miss the big tides of April and May this year due to the global situation

Thank you very much!
You're right, land erosion along the river is very fast. Each time I paddle there I can notice the river banks have changed and lost huge pieces of land
