I should have taken a pic of that well, I can't remember tbh, I'd had a few beers buy this stage of the arvo.

I am about 95% sure it might be a surf company called Salt Water Surfboards from Whangamata, East Coast North Island NZ. Brings back many fond memories of surf, beer, chicks and the local copper who knew you by your first name...Not sure if it is still around but they were ahead of their game back then.

cheers....bro

Wasn't but a good copy, the label was hard to read. I didn't want to move them they looked a bit fragile.

Nice pics doggie. You could do a segment on Antiques Roadshow with those shots.

The twinny blue tail looks like a Saltwater surfboards.
The label is exactly the same as the one on my short board...still ride it on the odd(very) occasion.

I used to be one!!!.....a cripple that is.....never had a greenough but there was something nice about being low down and having the wave curve above you.
Towball & I have a fellow surfer who still does the kneeboard thing.
We offer him a sup & a paddle on the days it is too small to kneeboard but he remains stuck in his mindset
