Had a couple of friends join me on usually solitary morning paddle.
Winter in Melbourne can be nice - this is middle of suburbia during the morning peak hour.
Pictures loaded in reverse order, but you'll get the idea
...some just paddle whilst some just "stand up" on the paddleboard.... looks like a senior moment of deep thought...mmm now where was I and what was I doing?....
nice conditions though

Maybe "Where am I, and where am I meant to be?"
Looking for the daily stingray I think.
Yes, great conditions all right! Unfortunately I was on my way to work at that time. At about 11 degrees and 8am, I'm a little intrigued about the somewhat underdressed cave dweller sitting on the rock?

Not sure about him - well spotted
He didn't acknowledge us as we went past, and was gone when we came back.
If he climbed there, it was down 10m of sheer cliff.
If he walked or swum, air and water both about 11 deg., and he wasn't dressed for it.
Moved himself to a higher plane and no longer needed his earthly body?

Big zoom in doesn't add a lot
on a mid-morning paddle down there a couple of years ago I spotted two kayaks parked by the mouth of the 'cave', I thought it was a bit odd so cruised up for a closer look...to find a couple making "the beast with two backs" on the big rock....not sure who was more embarrassed
