The Man The Myth The Legend Caine Eckstein will do as many pull-ups as he can in an effort to break the Guinness World Record for pull-ups in 24 hours, which is currently 4,182.
Pull-ups are one of those exercises that leave you exhausted in less than a minute. Caine Eckstein plans on doing them for 24 hours.
After 60 Pull-Ups I'm done already "Help Me Please Mr Wizard." I got a Chin-Up bar built in the backyard last November the best thing I've ever done. Even got a parallel bar installed in the backyard while I was on Maui this year. Pull-Ups are a great source of exercise for SUP Paddling Strength. Not too many people can do a Chin-Up or even do a Chin-Up properly once you start swinging your body to do a Chin-Up you're just cheating yourself waisting your time. Try doing a Chin-Up with a still and controlled body "Ooh the pain the pain." remember the Chin-Up is harder to do than the Pull-Up.

Chin/pull ups are by far the best overall bodyweight exercise one can do.
Agree DW, I see a lot of the "cross fit body swing style" at the gym. Or even worse, the not-lowering-yourself-all-the-way-down (till arms are straight) method. May as well not even bother.
