There is a sick left and a fast right off the southern tip of Erakor. It's just outside your door if you are staying on Erakor. You will have it to yourself most days - which is a bit sketchy with a deep water drop off just beyond the break.

It looks like there could be an epic left off the other far point to the east of Erakor but there are no roads there so it's a very long paddle or a boat ride.

Get a car if you like the search. Many breaks all the way around Efate depending on swell direction. A fun rivermouth near the shark aquarium and a few spots both sides of that. The best break is hidden and no access by road or foot and was guarded when I was last there in 2006. It used to be a mine! You could paddle there if on a sup???
Lots of dry reef close outs so you just need to find the channels.
Eretap has a sick wave for sups. As Casso said there is waves straight in front of resort and the break off the fish trap was a super fun right. You could paddle to the main break close to town(used to be 1 vatu by bus from town centre??), it is in front of Breakas Resort is super fun left with short rights when smaller but can be scetchy. There is a high tide right just next to it and a couple of left points through Pango village.

Enjoy

do a round island tour theres some good breaks on the oposite side to where your staying erikor is mad ( maneger is an utter wanker ) was when i was there anyway and if there is wind the logoon between the mainland is sweet flat and cristal clear
watch out sharks saw a few big tigers wen i was in the yak but an awsome lagoon, if you want to kite the lagon launch on the beach there small but enough space to launch. awsome freestyle place. if you want to fish ( just saying ) jump in the ferry and trawl a lure back and forth butween the two jettys. some huge GT's in there and just dont eat them some diseses for white people. just give them to the driver and he will love you for it. if you want a pool go to lay lagon and just hop in there is a bar and pool and anyone is welcome. also if you want a good resturant there is a awsome chinese resturant on the hill great food and awsome prices. sorry to ramble on but an awsome kite spot in the lagoon near hideaway island its a big resort on the island. anyway huge flatwater spot.

sorry to ramble but thats all i know

If you head out pango point rd - which is the left turn when you come off erakor you follow the road a couple of ks to a resort called Breakas. The son of the resort owner is a champion kiter and his crew kite on the break right out front of the resort. The break is shallow and dangerous but great fun about an hour either side of high tide. There is also a slightly gentler (only slightly tho) break about 200mtrs further west and thats quite popular with the local french shortboarders - fantastic crew and everyone watches out for each other cos its a SHALLOW reef and you gotta be careful.
There is a world class left not far from breakas but gotta pick your winds and go with locals - its a serious wave.
Amazing place/beautiful people and Erakor has great sunday sesh/barby. Feel free to pm me for any info' as I know port vila pretty well.
