Yes what a mistake that was!!

And if you had the Toyota version and needed parts Holden and Toyota washed their hands of them, total disaster!!

Not that it matters but I sold my Knee Board to a collector who thought it was a piece of art and loved the winged fin. I contacted the shaper who made it via FB and he let his friends know and I sold it for not much, I just wanted someone to appreciate it like I did. Turns out it is worth a heap according to the friend that picked it up for him, he might hav trouble getting it away from his mate, lol

So if you have old hand shaped boards with art work on them don't throw them away, they are art to some old surfers you just need to look and not believe what the surf shops tell you!

Taken in the camping area behind Castles at Cactus South Oz...month before my 21st
Brand new 5.8 Freeform Thruster with centre fin box...couldnt help thinking three fins would never go the distance.
5.6 Mike Davis Twinny lying in the sand...HK wagon just out of shot.
Cheers

Aren't you lucky!!! You improved with age (Adam Sandler to George Clooney look alike ) whilst I went the other way (Neanderthal to Rock Ape ). Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family champ!)
