I have two carbon shafts that the paddles were destroyed on. I have found it almost impossible to find a replacement aftermarket blade to repair them. Net searches only give you whole paddles or boards no matter what you put in . I do get alibaba stuff but having burned by sellers from China on 3 occasions I don't buy through them any more especially since they stopped using Paypal.
Now I can make blades from scratch ( and have ) but not everyone can.
Starboard holds itself up as a bastion of environmental wonderfulness , but break a paddle part and you just have to chuck out the perfectly good bits. The other board and paddle manufacturers seem to be similar.
Kenalu paddles you can mix and match shafts, blades and handles. Not sure whether this is possible with any other brand?
ZRE paddles will let you buy a blade alone. Super light (my last one was 4.3oz!) and strong I have 5 of those. Ships worldwide.
I've also have 3 Quickblades (blade and handles) Sold over the phone but they do sell the pieces.
Kenalu always sold separate pieces as far as I know, I have 2 blades sold separately.
I'm sure other will sell pieces as well if you give them a call.

You may want to directly contact the brands. A lot of them do not bother put the spare parts on their site, but they can sell them if you ask them.
I have one of the One Sup blades that I just glued onto a spare shaft...... love it. Its now my go to paddle. Smaller blade but I prefer a smaller blade in surf.
Black Project sells everything seperate (handle, blade and tube) and the assembly is with hot glue (a very good one they send with the paddle), so if there's any problem you can just replace that part.

Funny you should say that. I bought a 2017 Black Project paddle recently and was a bit iffy about buying a 3 year old paddle.
I drove 50km to go for a paddle and when I got out of the car I noticed the paddle was skew. I could grab the paddle and twist the blade relative to the handle ( with effort). Had to chuck in the days paddle ( not happy).
Got the paddle home and checked they were hot melt glue , to check the fixing process I neeeded. I have an industrial level hot melt glue gun, so I knew I could fix it.
When I heated up the junction, the hot melt glue in the joint can out at a ridiculously low temp ( I have a temperature controlled electric hot air blower). Was melting almost as soon as I hit it with the gun. Needless to say I removed ALL the glue before I put a hitemp/hi strength glue back.
Now I will say up front I LOVE the Black Project paddles. I have a 90(2020) and an 85sq" (2017) Hydros. They are my PB paddles. And I don't know if they are assembled in Aus, or US but if you had a 2017 I would be checking the junction.
The problem with buying BP bits from the US is not the blade price, but the freight!
Note I do not leave the paddle in the sun nor in the car.

I can fix them if they are fixable ( I even make CF paddles ). I was hoping to save myself some trouble.
They both got crushed at the same time in my shed ( don't ask, it was not pretty)
Well I emailed One Australia weeks ago and still have no reply. So effectively no repairing paddles instead of chucking them ( great for the environment Note: Starboard's so called environmental credentials cause they don't offer part replacements for paddles. Especially when you add the self destructing fin keys they give away " there you go now that disposible plastic and steel is YOUR problem)
I use and recommend Kenalu. 2 and a bit years of abuse cracked the shaft the other day and had a replacement within a week.
Back in action with my old blade and handle.
