This is my fav time to be on the east coast. Warm water, SST and land temps very similar so its either glassy all day or we get a light offshore. Early season winter swells start arriving and we also get late season action from the east. Mid-week crowds are low to non-existent and houses are at winter rates to rent. After a week of small waves I could see things were looking good for a few days so decided late Wed night to do a coast run. Left yest at 10:30am and just over 24hrs later I have had 4 surfs - two good and two incredible. Will try and make today a 4 surf day
Here are a couple of shots - low res as sending via my phone hotspot.
Thanks Ted...
Your 2 topics have just seen me fill out a leave form....

We'll trade you surfbroker? One of your secret north coast gems for full access details..
Good to hear SP and congrats on the upcoming arrival !! Well done
Surfbroker - SP knows this place well - he probably noticed the end of the headland - I did not post any give aways As SP said - happy to trade you a spot or two
some lines this morning as viewed from the lounge More to come I promise Chrispy - there was some pretty good waves today.
It was big bro - I did not even paddle out at dawn - waited for a few other bods to take some punishment and see how bad it was The big sets were solid but folding over on the outside banks as opposed to breaking really hard. The real action was on the inside.
Even found waves at your fav 'clubbing place' on the way home. Fun on the LB
Ok well I'd call this fkn big!!!!! What size would you fellas call it?
