So I've been starting to feel a bit better but have been bored crazy so it was time to build something.
I found myself a drum, gathered some stainless tube, fittings & valves.
Made up the heat bead/charcoal basket and ash tray.
Welded the weber lid to the drum lid then cut out the centre.
Fitted in 2 racks, painted the whole thing with high temp paint, seasoned it and it was then ready for the first cook.
Just need to make a trolley now with some little benches.[img width=450 height=600] Beads lit, ironbark chunks in.[img width=450 height=600] Ribs seasoned with some dry rub a ready to go.[img width=450 height=600] Cooking away.[img width=450 height=600] Ribs ready, falling apart when trying to take off.[img width=450 height=600]
