The board in that pony Car was a classic hullish pintail from the early 70s when every blank was using a resin glue up for a stringer. That, as we now know, is really not a very good idea for either strenght or flexibility
What was unusual was that the blank was a triple resin glue up. So obviously someone came up with a way to divide by zero

Chrispy would be right,the cars of today are mainly plastic,the old 50's and 60's ,70's cars had characteristic styling albeit had their plastic to in certain areas but the bumper bars ,grille,side mouldings,tail and headlight bezels,etc where all steel chromed which makes them more classical IMO
It's not a car, but It's gotta be a classic.
