Al, it's actually a 34 Buick guard mate. It was one that didn't make the grade for the father in laws build.
Finished product. (sorry no boards on the roof)
I've also been looking for a way to put racks on his other daily driver............?

I have 17 year old projects on the go, that inspires me to finish.
But the spare? Being too picky.

I know mate, it's how they originally were. I too would have left it off but it wasn't my money.
