Shizz yeah Al ..... I love the "pimple" tail lights with that wicked swooping V trim in between - you can just see that in your pic .... the sedans were the same too ..... pure Americana sex hey

Yeah Pup,my uncle had a 61 Impala sedan,they look the same,pretty sure that one would have the 283 in her or if ya went upmarket to the Impala SS,they were the 409,bloody nice

EDIT: funny ya know mate - I always reckoned the 5.3 liter 327 was the best & most responsive of the smaller blocked chevs

Hahaha,I went to see ZZtop years ago for free,Sydney Ent Cent,what a great concert,still got the pamphlet and ticket.Yeah mate the 327 chevy motor was a excellent torquey small block ,widely overlooked I reckon,most people go for the 350's these days,that's what I've got in my SS ute,she goes

Love that. factory 2door awesome, I had a HT wagon back seat was always down with curtains around, mattress etc. EHs share similar shape around side of front. Awesome thread keep em comin. Thanks
