I've had a lot of calls and text messages over the past few months regarding boards that are not for sale but could be.
Without breaking Seabreeze rules I figured perhaps a heads up topic for any boards that you may know of that somebody
is thinking of selling, trading or even swapping.
The Mac, LL and Vanders second hand board store might have been a more appropriate topic starter

Who's been giving you this advice and who gave you the wrong advice to start with come clean name and shame
Certainly nothing wrong with those boards. They are awesome boards.
Just want to give something different a go.
Cheers for the direction from longboards.

Heads up for you Hip..you really need photos..as many as you can..to sell any board..it's a must do to get 'em frothing.
Can't see any on your listing..The below board pics show what's considered to be McTavish "signage" from the era..the dots and M..Good luck...and NO I didn't put the plug in

What are you thinking of getting?
Or will it be a case of beer and a few hours on eBay.
This one looks good, should only be A few weeks away...
Almost finished needs a polish

What i get is dependant on selling my boards plus a few other things.
Sadly it all comes down to the financials
I hear ya McHenry. I have surfed significantly more this year than previously and not had the joy of buying a new board at all. Lucky I have a true keeper at the moment. My next board will be made by Tux if all goes to plan. Just need to steal some money from the war office who is guarding things far to closely for my liking these days ! I really need two new boards - one to stash in Sydney and one to stash in Bali as I spend enough time here to justify it. I might have to bring one back from the Island and leave in Bali but I think these waves deserve a Tux machine. My other boards are speaclist machines and I want another good all rounder. Perfect for what we get 95% of the time.
^ who's board is that? double ender? great condition.
It's mine Mac..Scott Dillon 8'..11" Greenough fin,glassed on..no box (safeset)

And I hear you. I need to find the coin to leave a longboard and more HP shape (read midlength gunnier thing) in Queensland.
As far as an all rounder for you goes, I was recommended the Yahoo Wahoo. I had mine up north a month ago and it was one of the best boards I have surfed up there in 30 or so trips. 2-5 foot.
Of course there's purchase price, freight, and a whole bunch of excellent boards far more accessible to you. Maybe it could justify a trip to the Southwest for spring or summer?
For what its worth,us guys here have always lent boards to fellow seabreezers in need when visiting the GC.
