Longest board I've ever owned was 7'6" needed a indo gun, don't realy surf it now.
just getting in before the other crew

God mac I'm taking the piss.
Longest board was this 10 foot Modern Retro with a single 10 inch hatchet fin. Accidently sold it due to an offer I could not refuse & will regret it this summer. The glide was incredible...I would love to go 12 or 14 foot for my next log. Friend has a good one for sale atm but I'm broke
My longest is a 10-4 Yater ,still have it, going on fifteen years,as they say its a keeper.
I did ride Tom Wegners 12ft paulownia longboard, amazing glide but hard work in the manoeuvrability area.
I had ten minutes on a Micky Minoz 11 ft glide,it was fun but not enough time to say it was good.
I do think everyone needs a 10 footer in their quiver.

Did you get the Yater in the US?
Meet Grace 10.6 x 22 3/4 x 3 1/8 it's a trimming machine.
Put in an order ??Make it a foot longer then flog it off to Vanders.

I'm in love!!
A real beauty Mac. How sick is that fin!!
It will be interesting, its a serious ankle high wave and up board. I can't help but think Bigspazz played a part in this model,if you recall his board build thread on his 12 footer.
While I was there I eyed off the Noosa 66 anniversary model being relieved soon, looked stunning.

Mac whats the background with Grace?
When do you get her WET
The board is from the late 50's I can't recall the surfers name who was a mate of Bobs, they remade it for the Noosa Festival and had a comp called longest down the point,so its all about trimming. The board will be released this summer.
Looks very nice Mac . Where's big Spazz ? He rides pretty big boards . Longest board I ride is 12' and 10'6 "short board"
