Took out the new locally made shooter yesterday in a solid swell at a metro reef break, Huey looks after me with new boards and most times I get a new board swell arrives

Broke the duck on a couple of solid, fast right-handers - loving the feeling of glide that only a longboard brings. Have been experimenting with various sizes and types of board of late which has been fun but I really missed the feeling of trim and glide.

Looking forward to many more sessions over Winter! Shout out to Ross @ Soul Boardstore for another ripper board. This is my second board from him and judging by the way the board handled the waves yesterday he has nailed it again. Support your local shaper!

Thanks guys! I've been told the Beard is out of fashion but it has just grown on me

Dims as per picture, idea was an all rounder with a bit more volume than a performance longboard.

Ross does good boards at a good price. I don't get to his store very often, but love it.

you must be stoked with the new board.

Mate, Loving the board! Good all rounder!
Really like the bottom spray, decided not to continue the stripes on the rail?
Saying nothing about the beard, can't grow one!

Cheers Sandsy, yeah I liked the idea of the border on top, just kept it clean.

The next test is can it be a playful mal in small waves, I know you can't in theory get one that does both really well but a bit of cruise would be good.
