Enjoy!
so, the highly technical name 'occasional pin ' isn't technical at all, it's because 'bob', whoever bob is, only shapes them once in a while. what a hyped up con is all i can say.
mac's cruiser has a 'occasional pin' 'tail' then
Correct the cruiser has a similar tail, the occasional pin is a Ray Gleave model with a new nose and tail,it will be a model added to the range soon.
Thanks Mac. Occasional Pin would be a good addition to the model line-up!
I think I had my hand over the micro phone... Still learning! I noticed you have to turn the sound right up.
so, what is a occasional pin
It's the same as a common pin - it just costs more.

exactly what i thought
hey simondo. good work. but i have some opinions. outline shots top and bottom, over all rocker line. work through the top sides nose, middle and tail and rails.
turn board over repeat. then show nose and rocker profiles. the bottom side concaves, vee's etc, then special features.
i feel like i haven't seen the whole board.
again love your work, love any technical board info
cheers

And the last 30 seconds could be you drawing Terry Fitz-style speed lines all the way from Bells through Winki on whatever board you just reviewed. Yew!! Keep up the great work. Cheers.
Thanks for going to the trouble Simo I love the ocassional pin and came so close to getting one I dont really know why just really liked the lines and look of them
Enjoy!

Sorry, forgot to do a better side rocker profile, as promised...
But, on that note, I'm off for a surf. It's overhead on the reefs, and the Occasional Pin in on the (roof) racks!
How did it go?
Differences to the Speed Shape / DVS Reef Runner??
Great work Simondo, that board looks sweet, thanks for the review a lot different to what I'd thought they'd be, especially in the rails.
Can you do one on this Simo... I hear they are going into production soon.
Cheers

The next review will indeed be... The DVS Reef Runner!
Then maybe The Brewer Nose Rider, and The Billy Hamilton Stylist...
And of course, there will be a review of the McTavish Involvement with converging stringers... The twin stringers...
The Keyo Egg will also get done... Plus The Rob Machado Single Fin...
I can't wait!
