Trying to find out who shaped this

Mate gave me this old single fin I was looking at getting restored and added to the quiver I've been trying to work out who the shaper was if anyone has any ideas... Obviously been painted over, I just can't read the logo under the layer of fibreglass...I guess whether it even was a single fin originally as the tail looks completely reconstructed maybe...
